58/365 Snowflake with trees
Make somewhere indoors seem like it is outdoors. Had a lot of practice cutting out snowflakes yesterday during the blackout. These are the only kind of snowflakes we would see at our house in Southern California.

57/365 Blackout tree
Make something quiet. We had a blackout for all of Saturday, so when it got dark, we collected every candle we could find in the house and lit them all on the kitchen counter. With no background noise from electronic devices, it was very quiet and we spent the rest of the evening making paper cutouts by candle light.
